Die Bewertung ist moderat (≈17–18× Forward-P/E) und impliziert keine Euphorie, aber auch keine tiefe Unterbewertung. Ein Aktienrückkauf von 7 Mrd. USD hätte vor allem kapitalmarkttechnische Wirkung: Reduktion der Aktienzahl, EPS-Hebel von ca. 3–7 %, positives Signal des Management-Vertrauens. In Verbindung mit operativer Stabilisierung rechtfertigt dies eine Multiple-Expansion auf ~18–20×. Daraus ergibt sich ein fairer Wert von ca. 130–140 USD je Aktie.
