On July 31, 2023, the Company was notified by the Staff that it had determined that the Company’s common stock had a closing bid price of $0.10 or less for ten consecutive trading days from July 17, 2023 through July 28, 2023. Accordingly, since the Company was subject to the provisions set forth under Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A)(iii), the Staff had determined to delist the Company’s securities from The Nasdaq Capital Market. The Staff letter stated that unless the Company requests an appeal of the Staff’s determination, trading of the Company’s common stock will be suspended at the opening of business on August 9, 2023, and a Form 25-NSE will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which will remove the Company’s securities from listing and registration on The Nasdaq Stock Market. The Company plans to timely submit a hearing request to Nasdaq’s Hearings Department, which will stay the suspension of the Company’s common stock and the filing of the Form 25-NSE pending the panel’s decision.

Guten Morgen! Wäre heute ein perfekter Tag zu investieren oder glaubt aktuell jemand an Rücksetzer? Habe Großteils eurer News durchgelesen… Aber glaube einige von euch habe sicher mehr Infos als ich aktuell finden konnte.

Was für eine sinnlose Diskussion… jeder der hier investiert ist weiß wohl auf was er sich einlässt… vorher erkundigen ob’s einem das Risiko wert ist oder nicht…

Scheinbar haben wir es echt hier mit einem Short Seller zu tun. Dass du deine Zeit in etwas investierst wo du eh nicht dran glaubst finde ich sehr bemitleidenswert. Du musst echt ein trauriges Leben haben oder deinen Frust von schlechten Verkäufen an andere rauslassen und hoffen, dass sie auch auf die Short Seller Masche reinfallen, ich tue es jedenfalls nicht mehr. Was bist du nur für ein schlechter Mensch...

Was bist denn so aufgebracht ? Liegen die Nerven schon wieder blank ? Aber danke für den Hinweis, dass man sich auch abmelden kann
