Ich würde mich mächtig ärgern wenn ich am Montag viel zu teuer eingekauft hätte. Abwarten, der Kurs wird noch ordentlich Federn lassen. Keine Handlungsempfehlung, danke.

Vielleicht sind die Australier einfach zu weit weg von dem ganzen Geschehen hier. EU Support, KfW, Deutsche Automobilindustrie, …, die Australier müssten sich noch intensiver informieren als wir und die paar Hotcopper User machen nicht den Unterschied. Aber das ist nur eine Vermutung.

Dazu müssten die langersehnten KFW-News endlich mal kommen…. Nicht dass es da eine böse Überraschung gibt?

Für mich steht da nichts Neues zur KfW. Gleiches wurde bereits im quarterly October 2024 geschrieben. Daraufhin wurde das externe Gutachten erstellt (sofern es fertig und eingereicht wurde), mit dem die KfW dann den Antrag auf UFK Garantien stellen kann. Dann gibts ne Prüfung, eine Entscheidung ggf. mit Auflagen und wenn diese erfüllt werden die Deckungszusage. Dann kann der Kredit zwischen EGR und KfW erstellt werden. Das ganze sollte aber bereits seit letztem Jahr laufen. Ich war allerdings davon ausgegangen, dass wir die Grundsatzzusage schon haben, dabei spricht EcoGraf nur von einer “preliminary review decision” - der Teufel Steckt im Detail.

Moin. Was ist euer Meinung nach der Grund, weshalb die Australier mittlerweile Nacht für Nacht abverkaufen? Das ist ja bei dem Kurs rational nicht mehr wirklich nachvollziehbar. Zumal wir ja gestern Abend eigentlich ganz OK geschlossenen haben.

Hab's schon ja mal gesagt, ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass Ecograf mal im S DAX landet. Dann gibt's noch ein RS von 1:10 .. 😎

Mehr Liquidität an den deutschen Börsen, geringerer Spread, mehr Informationen gerichtet auf deutsche Aktionäre. Ich sag mal so mit einer Mehrheit bei der Hauptversammlung könnte man sogar den Sitz nach Deutschland verlegen 😀

Mehr Aktien in unsere Hände. Mit jedem Kauf wandern mehr Stücke in deutsche Hände. Nach der KfW News rechne ich mit 50% der Aktien in deutschen Händen. Das sind noch circa 35 Millionen Aktien. 185 Millionen sind circa in deutschen Händen. Dazu noch die Deutschen im Ausland, die teilweise über australische Depots halten.

So nochmal 13000 gekauft. Man da wird man echt süchtig

Seid entspannt. Nutzt die Sommertage. Das Ding läuft im Hintergrund und wir suchen uns weiter die Infos selbst raus. LinkedIn sei Dank. Sollte das Ding hier schief gehen, dann braucht Deutschland und vor allem Europa nicht jammern wenn alles in China / USA Hand ist. 105 Mio€ für eine stabile und sichere Rohstoffversorgung..aber gut, sind halt keine Radwege für die Oberschicht in Peru. Hinzu schafft man Arbeitsplätze, und bietet den Menschen dort Infrastruktur, Arbeitsplätze und Sicherheit.

Dass wir bei 2.3 angekommen sind hatte ich auch so interpretiert. Wird ne weile „wann Kfw?“ gestammel geben 😝

If I'm reading the Company statement correctly, then we have met these conditions, then a LETTER OF INTEREST should be recieved by the Company from UFK Review process after there usual monthly meeting. So if this is the we are now headed to the 3rd and final stage, which is very detailed and is outlined near the bottom of the page. "3. Final approval Upon conclusion of the financing agreement, the Federal Government decides on the final granting of the Untied Loan Guarantee. By means of the firm commitment to grant cover, the Federal Government concludes a guarantee agreement (guarantee declaration) with the policyholder. After studying this table for some time and reading previous announcements, I assume we are now at STAGE 2.23. Final Approval, which lists the next stages the application has to go through. If AS was in Germany to Address Euler Hermes, and has posted this announcement after this meeting, and considering that the Special Appointee has already occurred and has possibly already reported as required, then I can only assume, that funding application has progressed. In addition, AS also outline the Govt is looking at financing significant financial assistance for significant infrastructure to this region of Tanzania which also is a requirement under 2.2 of the application process tablet completing the Preliminary Stage of the process. This stage outlines the procedures the Company has to go through in-order to recieve final funding approval and progress to stage 2.3. This process can take between 3 and 9 months to complete according to what I've read. I suppose we are waiting on a Letter of Interest from the Lender with German Govt progressing this matter further. OOnce this has occurred the old saying 'the heat is on'.
