Dear Shareholders, Welcome to our May business update. To start, I wanted to give a quick update on the progress of our connected mills. Then, as promised, I’m going to drill down into our Sky product and provide insight into our features and rollout plans. Also on the heels of a local Virtual Reality Consumer conference, I’ll provide a quick update on Reelhouse VR progress. Quick Cumul8 Update As you may be aware by now, there are three products in the Cumul8 portfolio: Stratus: the Asset Management system Cirrus: the live big data narrative system that we have deployed into forestry and a number of other sectors Sky: the mobile-­first SaaS version of Cirrus As discussed in the last update, we are seeing fantastic enthusiasm with Cirrus in our “connected mill”. This is moving fast. So over the next few months we will continue to keep shareholders up to date on our progress. As mentioned we have spent many months writing the modules that help drive a big data narrative solution for a mill by pulling their data into the cloud. This software is written and we are leveraging our fantastic partnership with the Bid Group of Companies to install this solution into the industry. This week we are deploying the software, live, in two different companies. This is a big milestone and we will have two new clients. Deep Dive into Cumul8 Sky This is the SaaS version of Cumul8. Today we are pushing forward with our commercial release. I wanted to take this opportunity to refresh you on what we are building and how we are progressing. Sky Development Update We are in mid­-development and making great progress on building our vision. We are using a technique of rapid iteration for feature ideas and constant testing with real users. We’re gearing up for our next round of live user testing, concentrating on our “data explorer” mode which uses visual analysis backed by machine learning to help you instantly create charts and find insights buried in your data. Our official beta program is set to start this fall. Reelhouse Update It has been a good month and Reelhouse continues to grow in both content and viewership. Our VR launch has been a success. VR viewers continue to grow as well as users on the site We have 31 VR projects on the site now and adding more regularly Over 6000 2D films already exist on the site We've been to Sundance, SxSW, Tribeca, SVVR & CVR all in the past 5 months promoting the platform and signing new filmmakers We just launched our iOS VR app for Cardboard (live in the app store now) We have a Tribeca premiere VR project uploading right now, that you will be able to view this week. That’s it for now. Next update I will focus on the business side of Cumul8 and give more insight into our sales and pricing strategy as we will build clients for both the Cirrus and Stratus products. rory

Am 20.05 ist die HV. Demnach wird da schon etwas kommen. Die Frage ist nur was?! :)

Denke nicht, dass am 20.05. Was kommt. Eher Ende des Monats....reine Vermutung....

Der spread ist wirklich hässlich. Genauso wie der aktienverlauf. Mal schaun was am 20.05. so schönes gesagt wird. ^^

Was fürn spread wieder mal......

Glaube da kommen nur sporadisch news...erstmal Q1, und dann??? Denke es geht up bis 0,3....Danach Gewinnmitnahmen und dann heißt es wohl warten..... Ich darf den Glauben nicht verlieren, da mein Haus das Geld benötigt....:)

Aus einer unzureichenden Shareholder Communication wird genau das. Well done. Bin auch mit mehreren K im Verlust und bitte enttäuscht. Manchmal muss man halt mit leicht spekulativen Updates füttern und nicht immer auf Finale Antworten warten. Man merkt wie alle Shareholder komplett unzufrieden sind. So wenig kann diese Firma gar nicht wert sein - ausser man hat die letzten 2 Jahre komplett geblendet...

Und bevor jemand fragt warum ich nicht verkaufe. Ob ich nun noch weitere 5k von den bereits -35k verliere, macht die Ente nicht fetter. Ich lass einfach laufen und vielleicht erlebe ich ja nochbein Wunder.

Also ich habe mich sehr ausführlich mit dieser Firma beschäftigt und bin bereits seit zwei Jahren investiert und richtig dick im Minus. Aber mein Vertrauen in Rory ist ebenfalls im Eimer. Gut möglich das bald die Wende eingeleitet wird. Bisher sind wir jedoch IMMER nur vertröstet worden.

Diejenigen, die sich mit der Firma befassen haben Geduld und vertrauen in rory. Da geht noch was!!!! Und wenn erst in 1-2Jahren

Dauert nicht mehr lang dann heißt es...0,0x. Schrottaktie! Bloss gut nur 1k investiert. Aber selbst das ist schon zuviel Verlust.

Mich auch, der Kurs sagt was anderes.....
