Eli Lilly meldet positive Ergebnisse einer Phase-3b-Studie zur Kombination von Taltz und Zepbound bei Erwachsenen mit aktiver Psoriasis-Arthritis und Übergewicht oder Adipositas. In der TOGETHER-PsA-Studie erreichen 31,7% der Patienten mit der Kombinationstherapie nach 36 Wochen sowohl eine 50%ige Verbesserung der Psoriasis-Arthritis-Aktivität als auch eine Gewichtsreduktion von mindestens 10%, verglichen mit nur 0,8% unter Taltz-Monotherapie.

WSJ reports Eli Lilly $LLY is in advanced talks to buy Ventyx Biosciences $VTYX for more than $1B, and a deal could be announced soon.
Ventyx develops oral drugs for inflammatory diseases, including NLRP3-targeting candidates and a mid-stage asset for cardiovascular disease tied to obesity.
