• Die Kreditzusage stammt vom Office of Strategic Capital (OSC) der US-Regierung – das gilt als fortgeschrittener Schritt im Genehmigungsprozess.
• Energy Fuels hat bereits Goldman Sachs als Finanzberater und Akin Gump als Rechtsberater für den Abschluss der Finanzierung beauftragt.
