Voluntary dismissal refers to the termination of a suit at the request of the plaintiff in a suit. The plaintiff is the party who initially filed a law suit with the court.

Top freu mich schon wenn diese zwei Anlagen mit dem Bau abgeschlossen haben und im Betrieb gehen und dann noch bei Toyota mit dem Bau begonnen wird . Wenn dann noch die Patent Sache geklärt ist und noch weitere Aufträge reinflattern passt alles 👍
