The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties in Canada.
The Company is the largest lithium-focused landowner in the northern third of Quebec, known as the Nunavik
region, with 100% ownership of three projects comprising 2,108 sq. km in the emerging Raglan West, Raglan
South, and New Leaf Lithium Camps. These claims were acquired from legendary prospector Shawn Ryan
and are located in a region that hosts two operating nickel mines with deep-sea port access.
The Company’s current focus is to conduct the proposed exploration program for the Nunavik Lithium
Projects, along with continuing to identify and potentially acquire additional property interests, assess their
potential, and engage in exploration activities.
The Company has begun exploration activities relating to the Nunavik Lithium Projects and the Company
expects to continue incurring expenditures in the coming months.
