Diese Aktie wurde die letzten 1.5 Jahre vom Handel ausgesetzt und wurde nun wieder in Hongkong relisted ( 28.8 ), da hier sonst die Frist von 18 Monaten in welche ein vereinfachtes Relist Verfahren möglich ist, verstrichen wäre. Spannend wird sein ob die Gläubiger am 25/26.10 den Restrukturierungsplan zustimmen werden ( müssen über 75% sein, Stand heute A Class Holder 77% Zustimmung, C Class Holder 30% Zustimmung, darum auch die Fristverlängerung vom 25.09 auf Oktober ).
