EVOTEC AG WIRD IM MDAX AUFGENOMMEN   } AKTIE DER EVOTEC AG AB 24. SEPTEMBER 2018 IM TECDAX UND MDAX NOTIERT   Hamburg, 06. September 2018: Evotec AG (Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse: EVT, TecDAX, ISIN: DE0005664809) gab heute bekannt, dass die Aktien des Unternehmens laut Angaben der Deutschen Börse am 05. September 2018 ab dem 24. September 2018 in den MDAX aufgenommen werden. Diese gleichzeitige Mitgliedschaft in TecDAX und MDAX resultiert aus den Regeländerungen bezüglich der Aufnahme von Unternehmen in die Indizes MDAX, SDAX und TecDAX. Infolge dieser Änderung erfolgt die Aufhebung der bisherigen Trennung nach den Segmenten Tech und Classic. Somit wird es Technologieunternehmen ermöglicht, zukünftig auch Mitglieder des MDAX bzw. des SDAX zu werden. Der MDAX besteht aus den 60 größten und meistgehandelten Unternehmen in Deutschland. Evotec hat die relevanten Kriterien zur Aufnahme in den MDAX hinsichtlich der Markt-kapitalisierung des Streubesitzes und des Handelsvolumens erfüllt.
