So wie ich das hier lese findet ja nun bereits eine de-facto Enteignung durch Russland statt: https://magenta.legal/de/news/Evraz-PLC%3A-Direct-Ownership-of-the-Russian-Assets-of-the-EVRAZ-Group Kurzfassung: Damit werden die (russischen) Vermögenswerte der Evraz plc wegenteignet und in die PJSC EVRAZ NTMK firmiert. Eine Berufung durch die plc wurde bereits abgelehnt, wodurch das durch Russland bereits zwangsumgestzt wird. Wer seine Shares nicht umwandelt (siehe https://www.evraz.ru/investors/distribution-of-shares/ - viel Spass wer kein russisch kann...), duerfte (wenn ueberhaupt mal irgendwann) nur noch eine leere Evraz plc Huelle halten... Zusaetzlich ist die Evraz plc am 24.10. jetzt auch noch direkt auf die Sanktionsliste der EU gekommen: https://www.evraz.com/en/news-and-media/press-releases-and-news/evraz-plc-update-on-eu-sanctions/ Sieht, voellig unabhaengig vom Kriegsausgang, ziemlich duester aus...
