Schon bei 12,50$...Enttäuschung scheint groß zu sein. Wobei sich die Key Facts ganz gut anhören. Bleibt aber erstmal ein Zwerg im direkten Vergleich zu Impossible.

Ergänzung: Durch SPACs eingesammelte Gelder müssen auf einem Treuhandkonto geparkt und verzinst werden. Findet kein Investment innerhalb des festgelegten Zeitraums (bis zu max. 24 Monate nach Auflegung) statt, wird die SPAC liquidiert und die verzinsten Gelder ausbezahlt. Einlagensicherung sollte also grundsätzlich gewährt sein.

Ein Risiko bei den SPACs bleibt, welches beachtet werden sollte... If the SPAC fails to complete a merger or acquisition within the required time frame, all of the public shares are redeemed for a pro rata portion of the cash held in the trust account. Bei FMCI wurde die Frist eben nochmal nochmal verlängert. Man sollte sich die SPACs grundsätzlich aber genau anschauen.
