and please emphasize to those folks that I will always make myself available (outside of pre-earnings quiet periods) to answer questions honestly and thoughtfully. Believe me, I wish this had been a smoother path the last year or so, but everybody here is working hard to get to market, and we are minding every penny we spend in the meantime.

i spoke to that guy from yahoo who started this whole mess yesterday. I explained the issue clearly and then he broadcasted to the forum that we are no longer eligible for the LPO program and that we somehow didn't communicate that, all of which is untrue. it's clear he doesn't understand the difference between project finance, vanilla debt, equity, grants, and production tax credits. I don't expect everybody to be Stan Druckenmiller but I wish our investors would at least share my answers honestly and with some understanding of the topic before they blast their opinions out to the forums with threats about complaining to the SEC.

Jeffrey hat mir heute nochmal geschrieben und ich möchte seine Infos mit euch teilen: I noticed on the forums in Germany that most folks seem to have the DoE program confused with the Inflation Reduction Act tax credits under Section 45X. The 45X PTCs are the big economic driver for U.S. projects, and not the Loan Programs Office. To be clear, the LPO does not hand out grants or incentives - they offer loans that come with slightly more attractive terms than for a traditional project financing.
