Es geht darum, dass die Subvention auf ein anderes Unternehmen übertragen wird, dies erhält dann die 122m€. Wenn ein anderes Unternehmen Freyr sozusagen das Projekt abkauft und wie von Freyr geplant eine CAM Fabrik baut, könnte die EU die Subvention statt an Freyr an ein anderes Unternehmen zahlen. Das Unternehmen würde dann wiederum Freyr die 122€m zahlen und damit die 2 Jahre Planung die in das Projekt geflossen sind (inkl. positivem Environment Impact Assessment, Bewerbung auf EU Subventionen etc. sparen). Zeit ist Geld und Freyr hat ordentlich Ressourcen in den letzten beiden Jahren in das Projekt investiert, dies alles würde ein potenzieller Käufer sparen und könnte direkt mit dem Bau beginnen.

Tor Stendahl told me before he left that lease of the site was about renegotiate at the end of January.
The new site manager Tomi Vuollet answered me cryptic that it's done. And at the same time Tor Stendahl announced that he's got a new job but he will announce later what it is.
I think we will get the details at the ER.
There are a €122 millions EUIF grant to monetize on.

Soweit ich Spittel verstanden habe, wurde die Förderung bisher nicht an Freyr ausgezahlt.Ich bezweifle, dass sie das Projekt weiterverfolgen werden, zumal das Land nur gepachtet ist.Sie könnten lediglich die Umweltgenehmigungen verkaufen, falls sich jemand findet, der eine Kathodenfabrik errichten möchte.
Laut Lappland wurde die Pachtung vor wenigen Tagen verlängert…Ich denke Freyr hat da was in der Schublade..

Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass sich Freyr die Förderung nicht entgehen lassen will. Vielleicht bauen sie ja auf dem Papier mit und übergeben danach etc. Kreativ sind sie ja, das haben sie schonmal bewiesen.

die können doch keinen Zuschuss verkaufen. Die bekommen doch sicherlich erst das Geld, wenn sie dort eine Fabrik für Kathodenmaterial bauen. Deshalb noch einmal meine Frage. Was können sie in Finnland verkaufen?

was haben sie an der CAM zum Verkauf anzubieten? Habe zwar Finnland nicht mehr so genau verfolgt, dachte aber bisher immer, das Gelände wäre dort gepachtet und aufgebaut ist dort noch nichts. Da muss ich wohl etwas verpasst haben, kann ja passieren.

Sale of Coweta County Site in Georgia
In conjunction with the Company’s relocation to Texas, FREYR has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its 368-acre site in Coweta County, Georgia, to an undisclosed party for gross sales proceeds of $50 million. The transaction is expected to close on February 15, 2024. Estimated net proceeds to FREYR are expected to total $22.5 million following repayment of previously received state and local grants.
