FSD Pharma are ultimately the majority shareholder of solarvest. FSD Pharma owns 100 percent of prismic Pharma. FSD Pharma owns over ten percent of Scicann. I think FSD has a specific strategy imagine having the cleanest balance sheet out of all the cannabis companies but focused on Pharma hopefully by Canada day the financials look strong and appealing for institutional grade investors. I think in this market balance sheet is all that matters at the moment if they can prove themselves by having a strong balance sheet it could help... All the other LPs are trying to stay alive trying to figure out how to stay away from becoming bankrupt I think FSD Pharma was wise to stick with Pharma rather then buildout during over supply glut hope they can bring it back to a billion dollar company and make it stay there that is when we can all relax and those that held on hopefully will be happy. Like constellation and canopy for drinks, and Altria and cronos for tobacco industry with the team FSD has established I truly believe they will be targeting the first major partnership with a big pharma player but only time will tell 👍🏻alright have a good one guys

But before that happens need to complete IND this year and submit to FDA

7.7 million ... hope $50,000,000 later , and hope after phase 2/3 starts can get even more from bank $150-200million to carry forward the clinical trials
