GAME GameSquare (GAME) Holdings gab bekannt, dass es im April fast 2,3 Millionen Aktien seiner Stammaktien für etwa 1 Dollar zurückgekauft hat. OM, was einem Durchschnittspreis von etwa 0,44 $ pro Aktie entspricht. Nach dieser Transaktion haben das Unternehmen im Rahmen seiner aktuellen Genehmigung, die am 14. April 2026 erweitert wurde, noch etwa 11,5 Millionen US-Dollar übrig.
Im Einklang mit seinen Kapitalallokationsprioritäten beabsichtigt GameSquare, seine Stammaktien weiterhin opportunistisch zurückzukaufen. Seit Oktober 2025 hat das Unternehmen insgesamt über 7,3 Millionen Stammaktien für 3,5 Millionen US-Dollar zurückgekauft, was einem Durchschnittspreis von etwa 0,47 USD pro Aktie entspricht.
