GameStop (NYSE:GME) reported quarterly earnings of $0.24 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $0.20 by 20 percent. This is a 300 percent increase over earnings of $0.06 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $821.000 million which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $987.280 million by 16.84 percent. This is a 4.57 percent decrease over sales of $860.300 million the same period last year.
