Die Bilanz von Volvo Car wäre mega interessant 👌

Der Technologie Transfer ist schon lange da, wenn auch Patent rechtlich nicht erlaubt 🙄

Um das beweisen zu können, bräuchte man mal die Bilanzen von der Geely Mutter und Volvo-Car 🤓 Aber wir dürfen nur Geely-Car Bilanzen sehen🙄

Der technologietransfer wird dadurch auch vereinfacht sowie Kooperationen zwischen den Tochtern

Weil wenn Geely Car weiterhin so viel Cash verbratet und kaum über die Umsätze erwirtschaftet, könnte Geely Car pleite gehen und nun stelle dir dazu mal die Medien vor 🤭 Also wird es mit Volvo vermischt

So was läuft schon jetzt über die Mutter via Shared Service in der Verwaltung

Synergien wie Verwaltungsabbau, weniger Kosten für mehrere Bilanzen etc.

Weißt du eigentlich, warum Geely-Car mir Volvo-Car fusionieren will?

Das finde ich totale Verse 👻

Meiner Meinung nach, taugt das Geely Auto nichts 😉 allenfalls um an der Börse Geld einzusammeln 🤔 und damit werden dann die gute Automarken wie eben Volvo oder das London Taxi oder die Beteiligung an Daimler bezahlt 👌 aber der hier investierte Aktionär hat nix davon 🙄 denn all das Eingekaufte hängt direkt an der Muttergesellschaft
