@linda28 , nicht jeder kann diese art von reits moralisch mittragen. Aber wir haben bereits gute Kurse, ich werde sukzessiv nachkaufen. In Tranchen kaufen ist immer gut. Hab schon drei kleine Position.

Eine sichere 10%+ Dividende auf den aktuellen Kurs! Da bleibt mir nur die Frage: Sofort Kaufen oder Beobachten ob es noch einen weiteren Rücksetzer die nächsten 2-3 Wochen gibt?

@tycoon Bei den letzte Quartalszahlen hat das Unternehmen bekräftigt den REIT Status zu behalten, nur mehr in Schuldenabbau zu leisten darum auch die leicht fallende Div Zahlung. Corecivic wird sich machen, zwar keine Div von über 10 % aber dennoch eine überdurchschnittliche und das mit wenig Risiko.

Dann ist es vorbei mit der Dividende

Und das Risiko einer Umwandlung wie bei CoreCivic?

Ich werde die Zeit nutzen um bei GEO meine Position auszubauen. Ich weiß um das Risiko mit dem Wahlen aber glaube ein an Fortbestand der privaten Gefängnisse.
