Wenn man mittlerweile für ein älteres Haus auf dem Land 300k hinblättern muss um es dann für 200k auf Klimaneutral herzurichten, wer soll das dann noch finanzieren zu 4%🤷🏻‍♂️ Die ganze Wirtschaft leidet darunter. Zu viele Menschen für zu wenig Wohnraum 🙈 In der Stadt liegst bei 500-700k und musst dann noch die Klimaneutralität herstellen 😵‍💫😵‍💫

Moreover, he added that "uncertainty is currently delaying the recovery" and that the last quarter of 2023 "is likely to see weaker development than previously expected, which will then also have an impact on the year ahead."
