eerm ganz normal an der deutschen börse!?

Wo holt ihr eure canadischen und ami Werte?

Also mal Butter bei de Fische...Schätzungen bis Freitag?

Gefundene Investoren hat zwei Seiten. Hohe Einsätze brauchen nur kleine Ausschläge für gute Rendite. Investoren der Branche signalisieren aber auch einen Aufwärtstrend und geben Sicherheit.

...der Kurs wurde momentan nicht nach oben getrieben. Man decke schnell noch Freunde ein zählt somit nicht. Ich gehe davon aus, dass die Schätzungen nach einer kurzen Zeit nachgereicht wird...

das habe ich heute als Mail erhalten GOLD STANDARD PRICES OFFERING OF COMMON SHARES August 13, 2014 – Vancouver, B.C. – Gold Standard Ventures Corp. (TSXV: GSV, NYSE MKT:GSV) (“Gold Standard” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that pursuant to its public offering of common shares announced on August 7, 2014 (the “Offering”), the Company has entered into an underwriting agreement with a syndicate of underwriters led by Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd. and including Loewen, Ondaatje, McCutcheon USA Limited,  Tempest Capital Corp. and HC Wainwright & Co. LLC (collectively, the “Underwriters”) to purchase a total of 9,000,000 common shares of the Company (the “Common Shares”) at a price of US$0.64 per Common Share to raise gross proceeds of US$5,760,000. The Company filed a final prospectus supplement to its short form base prospectus dated June 23, 2014 with the securities regulators in each of British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario (the "Canadian Securities Regulators") and a final prospectus supplement to a related registration statement on Form F-3 (Registration No. 333-196751) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). The Company has granted the Underwriters an over-allotment option to purchase additional Common Shares up to 15% of the Common Shares sold pursuant to the Offering. The over-allotment option will be exercisable for a period of 30 days from the date of filing of the final prospectus supplements for the Offering filed with the Canadian Securities Regulators and the SEC. The Company intends to use the net proceeds of this Offering (after deduction of Underwriters’ commission and costs of issue) to fund ongoing exploration at its Railroad-Pinion Project as recommended in the Phase 1 work program of the Railroad-Pinion technical report dated March 31, 2014 and for general corporate and working capital purposes.  The Company has applied to list the Common Shares on the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”) and the NYSE MKT LLC (the “NYSE MKT”). Listing will be subject to the Company fulfilling all of the listing requirements of the TSXV and the NYSE MKT. Closing of the Offering is anticipated to take place on August 19, 2014

ach und noch etwas... es sind professionelle kapitalfirmen, die jetzt investiert sind und die wollen selber grosse gewinne sehen und investieren natürlich nicht in schlechte firmen.

der Kurs konnte so also stabil gehalten werden statt die Aktien an die Börse zu bringen und durch das große Angebot den Kurs zu stürzen. und ich denke Sperrfrist gibt es noch dazu.

ich finde das ganze sehr gut gelöst! die haben selber ein konsortium gefunden, dass ihnen alle aktien abnimmt und ohne den markt einzubeziehen. und das zu einem fairen preis von 48ct!!! das heisst es geht weiter wie vorher und die ressourcenschätzung kommt demnächst.

in CAN 0,72 umgerechnet 0,49 ca.

Ich weis ja nicht was du siehst "surfer2204" aber bei den amis gehts runter Aktuell bei 0.67

Welcher Anstieg? Die 500 die jemand überteuert gekauft hat? Achja und an die restlichen ich hatte recht vor der Ressourcenschätzung kommt die KE. Wobei ich heute um ehrlich zusein überlegt habe ob meine entscheidung richtig war ;-)

In kanada 0,74 cad realtime wurde gut vom markt aufgenommen die news.
