(TSX-V:GOM) (FRANKFURT:3G8A) (OTC:GDMRF) (the “Company” or “Golden Dawn”) announces that, subject to regulatory approval, it has closed the third tranche of its non-brokered private placement. The third tranche consists of 741,578 flow-through units (the “FT Units”) at $0.285 per FT Unit and 2,043,076 non-flow through units (the “NFT Units”) at $0.26 per NFT Unit, for total proceeds in the third tranche of $742,550. Funds raised in this financing to date total $1,592,910.06. Each FT Unit consists of one common share and one-half of one transferable share purchase warrant. Each NFT Unit consists of one common share and one whole transferable share purchase warrant. Each whole share purchase warrant may be exercised at $0.30 per share for 24 months from the date of issuance. Commissions paid to eligible finders with respect to this tranche of the financing consist of $13,716 cash, 18,800 compensation warrants and 18,800 common shares. The compensation warrants are non-transferable and may be exercised at $0.30 per share for 24 months from the date of issuance. All securities issued in connection with this tranche of the financing are subject to a statutory hold period of 4 months and one day, expiring on July 2, 2018. The proceeds of the Offering will be utilized for exploration on its Greenwood Precious Metals Project, commencement of trial mining and for general working capital. @wmf Im Interview sagte Wiese ja klar das sie zur Inbetriebnahme kein Geld mehr brauchen. Und die Xray Sortieranlage kommt aus Deutschland und dauert bis 6 Monate. Aber Prod lauft schon vorher an . Kann sein das der Kurs wegen den ca 2mio Private Warrants gefallen ist der vor einiger Zeit angekündigt war wegen Landzukauf Mich beunruhigt das nicht :)

Ich mache mir da keine Sorgen. Wenn ich mir meine Watchlisten der anderen Minen so ansehe .... Das geht alles wieder mal nach oben . Wie immer auf und ab. Aber bei GD steht ja auch einiges dahinter. ..... Minen ,Mühlen Anlage, Maschinen . Also nicht wie bei anderen Explorer nur "wir haben was gefunden " Sollte es wirklich auf 0,10 fallen Wäre das sehr stark unterbewertet.

Ende März wissen wir mehr. Ende Juni ist die Entscheidung gefallen. Entweder man braucht dann mehr Geld (=schlecht) oder die Produktion läuft (=gut).
