Da hier hin und wieder auch die ARAPs angesprochen werden: Das ARAP 2025 / 2026 wurde am 11. März beendet, weil die genehmigte Höchstgrenze von 15,9 Millionen Aktien, was 10 % des Grundkapitals entspricht, aufgekauft wurde. Mehr durfte HF zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt in keinem Fall zurück kaufen, obwohl noch über 20 Millionen Euro bereit gestanden hätten. Ob und wann ein nächstes ARAP folgt, wird wohl frühestens im Rahmen der nächsten HV zu erfahren sein. Fakt ist: Das ARAP wurde nicht beendet, weil Geld ausging oder der Vorstand zwischenzeitlich andere Prioritäten oder Strategien verfolgt. Natürlich lässt sich grundsätzlich über die Vor- und Nachteile diskutieren, gerade im Hinblick auf die aktuelle Geschäftsentwicklung. Es kann auch sein, dass der neue CFO zukünfig einen andere Ansicht hat, als die bisherige, offensive Vorgehensweise des Vorstandes im Rahmen der ARAPs.....also abwarten👍. Schönen Sonntag!☀️

Aus dem bericht 2022: „im ersten Halbjahr 2022 hat Hellofresh im rahmen der ersten tranche des Anfang 2022 angekündigten Aktienrückkaufprogramm 2,2 Millionen Aktien für einen Betrag von EUR 125,0 Mio. zurückgekauft.“ in aktueller Währung wären das ca. 7 Mio €

Da so ein arp von der hv abgenickt werden muss lagen wohl alle die zugestimmt haben nicht richtig und nicht nur der vorstand.

Ja der Artikel fasst es ganz gut zusammen. Wobei das Risiko nach unten eigentlich mittlerweile begrenzt sein sollte. Das HF einen wertvollen Kundenstamm hat ist unbestritten. Das sieht man auch bei der Präsentation der Zahlen mit den Grafiken zur Costumer Maturity. Diese Stammkunden sollten weitaus mehr Wert sein, als der aktuelle Kurs. Übrigens jetzt kann es nur noch nach oben gehen. Ich habe nach einem Jahr mal wieder eine Box bestellt :)

The market believed 2026 was the year to return to growth. The growth engine RTE is not growing. Buy backs is the last prio. If they could do buy backs and invest in the product and growth they would have done that. Probably there is not enough cash. The cash is down from 500m 2025 to 211m 2026. This is due buy back, leasing, FX etc. FX affected 48m in 2025.
With current stock price, the opportunity cost not to buy back is high.

Interest Coverage: This is the big red flag. Their Interest Coverage Ratio (their ability to pay interest on their debt using their earnings) has dropped to a precarious 0.5x. Translation: A healthy company usually has a ratio above 3.0x. Being at 0.5x suggests their current earnings aren't even covering the interest payments on their loans, forcing them to dip into cash reserves or cut costs aggressively.
How did you get that number? Very wrong. On EBITDA level it is 9x, AEBITDA 11x and AEBIT it is 4.7x. The FCF 18.9m is after everything is paid. I.e, lease, capex, interest etc.
