CIMIC Group Ltd (ASX:CIM) Der Aktienkurs von CIMIC ist nach der Veröffentlichung der Ergebnisse für das Gesamtjahr um 7 % auf 15,90 $ gefallen . Für die 12 Monate meldete das Ingenieurbüro einen Rückgang des Nettogewinns nach Steuern um 35,2 % auf 402,1 Millionen US-Dollar. Dies lag weit unter der Marktkonsensschätzung von 422,7 Millionen US-Dollar.

Der Cimic-Aktienkurs geht nach gemischten Ergebnissen zurück Der Aktienkurs von Cimic sinkt nach der Veröffentlichung der Unternehmensergebnisse. Hier sind einige der wichtigsten operativen Highlights: Gesamtumsatz der Gruppe von 14,7 Milliarden US-Dollar, 8,3 % mehr als im entsprechenden Vorjahreszeitraum (FY20 13,57 Milliarden US-Dollar) Gewinn vor Zinsen, Steuern und Abschreibungen (EBITDA)  von 913,9 Millionen US-Dollar, ein Anstieg von 11,5 % (FY20: 820 Millionen US-Dollar) Betriebsgewinn von 630,2 Millionen US-Dollar, Anstieg um 8,7 % (FY20: 579,5 Millionen US-Dollar) Gesetzlicher Nettogewinn nach Steuern (NPAT) von 402,1 Millionen US-Dollar, Rückgang um 35,2 % (FY20: 620,1 Millionen US-Dollar) Endgültige unfrankierte  Dividende  von 36 Cent pro erklärte Aktie, was einem Rückgang von 40 % gegenüber 60 Cent im Geschäftsjahr 2020 entspricht

8 February 2022 THIESS APPOINTED MINING SERVICES CONTRACTOR FOR THE OLIVE DOWNS PROJECT Thiess has been appointed by Pembroke Resources as the successful contractor for the provision of mining services for the Olive Downs Project in Queensland, Australia. Under the eight-year contract, Thiess will deliver full-service mining operations, including mine planning, overburden removal, drill and blast, load and haul, water management and rehabilitation of final landforms. This includes the construction of our mine infrastructure, providing all mobile plant and equipment, as well as the statutory operator for the project. Revenue to Thiess is expected to be $1.5 billion over the first five years, with revenue beyond this term to be finalised. Thiess Executive Chairman and CEO Michael Wright said: “We’re pleased to be working in partnership with Pembroke, tailoring our mine development capability, technology focus and ESG credentials to optimise the outcomes for the production of steelmaking coal from Olive Downs. Pembroke and Thiess share a view of Olive Downs being a world class mine that sets global benchmarks in sustainable mining, using technology to drive exceptional outcomes.” Thiess Executive General Manager Australia Shaun Newberry said: “We have a long history operating in the Bowen Basin, applying our technical knowledge and operational experience to minimise environmental impacts and maximise benefits for our client and the community. We look forward to working with Pembroke and surrounding communities to achieve long-term social, environmental and economic outcomes.” Thiess will commence operations in the first half of 2023 subject to finalisation of contracts.
