Canadian Zeolite plan of arrangement 2017-05-16 16:18 ET - Major Transaction Completed The TSX Venture Exchange has approved Canadian Zeolite Corp.'s plan of arrangement. The plan of arrangement was approved by a special resolution passed by the shareholders of the company at a meeting held on April 28, 2017, and was approved by final order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia on May 1, 2017. Pursuant to a vend-in agreement, which is fully described in the company's information circular dated March 14, 2017, the company's Bullard Pass property will be transferred to Canadian Mining Corp., currently a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, in exchange for Canadian Mining issuing common shares to the company. Under the plan of arrangement, the company will distribute to each shareholder as of the record date one Canadian Mining common share for every five common shares of the company then held. Wann bekommen wir eigentlich unsere gratisaktien aus dem split?

Hier sehe ich auch den Boden wer genug Zeit mitbringt wird auch wieder steigende Kurse sehen. Hoffe ich zumindest für alle investierten.

Aktuell wieder +9% immer ein auf bis 0,60 CAD und down bis ca. 0.56 geht seit einiger Zeit so.. jemand eine Erklärung dafür?

Und ohne neue Innovationen ist kein Geld verdienen möglich. Entwicklungen und solch ein Aufbau kostet nun mal Geld. Ich bin trotzdem zufrieden und bleibe langfristig investiert
