1) I can't speak to many years back, but know from the time that I have been invested in CNZ they have not tried to market or sell, this Spin Out has been in the works for a while. Needed to have been because as I stated in the previous post, they need to meet all the requirements of a new listing. 2) You certainly could be correct, I did not follow the play before APL came in. 3) I have been in since 10 cents earlier in 2016, if you read back on the board you can confirm that. The focus has been on Zeolite since then, with the plan of this spin out. 4) Pick up the phone and call the company, you will find out like I have that the PP is already over-subscribed. The company announced these plans in a December news release so they have had lots of time to prepare. 5) I think you could say this is tue in almost all resource companies.....and Blue Chips. Insiders, board members, high level employees are always taken care of. I am sure you have more experience in gold plays than I do as most of my experience is from other sectors. 6) CNG will have enough money in the bank to do a small drill program, what the exact plan is I have no clue. Obvioulsy they do not have enough cash to get into production but if the resources prove up well enough the market cap will be substantially higher and with a low float addition cash raises should also be fully subscribed. 7) Again you can say that about many companies but since I have been on board as a shareholder his performance is pretty outstanding. So are you saying you think you could do better? I am sure the management team is part of the reason for your investment. 8) The brokers work is done and I am sure there is a finding fee, always is. As to their plans once the stock becomes free trading, I am not sure as I don't have a crystal ball. 9) Again the CEO, I call him Ray as I have met him twice personally, hired a CEO and CFO for the spin out. I believe he is completely focused on CNZ and has people in place to manage CNG. I think we both are on a similar page with CNZ, where our opinions differ is on the value of this spin out. I am not predicting a buck at the open, but certainly higher than where your predictions are. You seem fairly confident/cocky with your opinions.......I propose two side wagers. First, I will bet you 50 bucks that the spin out opens at .20 cents or higher. Since your prediction is a nickel to a dime that is double yours. Second I will bet you another 50 dollars that the PP is already sold out, you can confirm that with a phone call on Tuesday. I doubt you will accept, but I am putting those out there!

Meint ihr diese News könnten den Kurs Dienstag mal etwas anheben? Wenn man hier liest wer alles nachkaufen will, muss man ja fast davon ausgehen...

Hier bin ich aber schon seitwärts seit Weihnachten und Euro mässig dicker drin, weil ich von dem Produkt überzeugt bin :)

Ist auch kein schlechtes Investment.

Hab keine Erfahrung mit Gold Miners, aber eine schnelle Suche hat gezeigt, dass 3000 parts per billion (untere Grenze?) ein ziemlich hoher Anteil sein könnte.

Genauere Werte stehen in der News auf der offiz. Homepage: Mineralization is theorized to consist of detachment fault related gold. Small showings of quartz veins and breccias have been mapped locally on surface and have returned grades ranging from background to 2965 ppb Au. 

Gibt es auch schon Details vom Goldprojekt? Erste Bohrungen, irgendwelche Werte bekannt?
