This statement responds to media inquiries and interpretations concerning the recently published annual report of the CSG Group. CSG perceives the situation that has arisen, where certain media outlets have falsely stated that CSG concealed information in its 2025 annual report, as damage to its good reputation.
Based on an official statement from the supplier, Dynamo Design, it has been unequivocally confirmed that the situation occurred as a result of a technical error on the supplier’s side during the export of the final document. The supplier fully acknowledges this error and describes it as an unintended software artifact arising during processing.
CSG also emphasizes that the correct and complete version of the annual report in ESEF format has been available on its official website from the very beginning. This version is accompanied by a clear disclaimer stating that it is the only valid and binding version of the document.
CSG has acted transparently and in accordance with applicable standards and rejects any speculation suggesting otherwise
