Die Bohrungen kosten Geld und man muß anscheinend Bedingungen der Kapitalgeber akzeptieren. Aber die sind da, was ein gutes Zeichen ist und (!) der neue Geologe Simon David Studer (vgl. ceo.ca unter SEDI insider filings) wird auch mit Anteilen angefüttert... Alles deutet für mich auf den finalen Gang hin ;)

(„Kingman“ oder das „Unternehmen“) (TSX.V: KGS, FWB: 47A1, OTCQB: KGSSF) hat die Bedingungen seiner nicht vermittelten Privatplatzierung, die zuvor am November bekannt gegeben wurde, geändert April 2021. Die Privatplatzierung umfasst nun bis zu 42.000.000 Einheiten zu einem Preis von 0,05 US-Dollar pro Einheit und einen maximalen Bruttoerlös von 2.100.000 US-Dollar. Jede Einheit besteht aus einer Stammaktie und einem übertragbaren Aktienkaufwarrant, wobei jeder Warrant vier Jahre lang ab dem Ausgabedatum zu einem Preis von 0,075 USD ausübbar ist. Die Vermittlungsgebühren unterliegen den Bedingungen der TSX Venture Exchange. Der Abschluss des Angebots unterliegt einer Reihe von Bedingungen, einschließlich des Erhalts aller erforderlichen gesellschaftsrechtlichen und behördlichen Genehmigungen, einschließlich der Genehmigung der TSX Venture Exchange. Alle im Zusammenhang mit dem Angebot ausgegebenen Wertpapiere unterliegen gemäß den geltenden Wertpapiergesetzen einer gesetzlichen Haltefrist von vier Monaten plus einem Tag ab dem Ausgabedatum. (“Kingman” or the “Company”) (TSX.V: KGS, FSE: 47A1, OTCQB: KGSSF) has amended the terms of its non-brokered private placement previous announced on November 4, 2021. The private placement will now consist of up to 42,000,000 units at a price of $0.05 per unit, for maximum gross proceeds of $2,100,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one transferrable share purchase warrant, with each warrant exercisable at $0.075 for four years from the date of issuance. Finders fees’ will be subject to terms of the TSX Venture Exchange. Closing of the offering is subject to a number of conditions, including receipt of all necessary corporate and regulatory approvals, including approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. All securities issued in connection with the offering will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus a day from the date of issuance, in accordance with applicable securities legislation. Proceeds from this placement will be used for exploration work on its Mohave Project and general working capital.

Kingman Minerals Announces Temporary Suspension of Drilling at Mohave Vancouver, B.C. (November 26, 2021) Kingman Minerals Ltd. (“Kingman” or the “Company”) (TSX.V: KGS, FSE: 47A1, OTCQB: KGSSF) is announcing a temporary suspension of the Phase II Drilling of the Mohave Project near Kingman, Arizona, USA. To date the company has successfully drilled 1671ft in three holes of the initially projected five holes. Twenty-four holes are fully permitted for the project. The company is encouraged by the geological attributes of the drilling and believes that continuing the program is fully warranted. Kingman is currently closing an upsized financing as announced on November 4, 2021, for maximum gross proceeds of $2,100,000. Peter Born, President and CEO states: “Careful inspection of some of the drill cores reveals occurrences of mineralisation beyond the historic Rosebud Mine footprint, both along strike and at depth. Kingman drilled the 1671 ft since late September. The Company decided to impose this temporary suspension to allow the first holes to be drilled, cores logged, and assays processed, so that the results can guide the remainder of the Phase II drilling. With only one priority in mind, our shareholders, Kingman will continue to drill once the data has been analyzed and financing has been secured to finish the Phase II Drill program efficiently with no further delays in our intent to intersect the best grade mineralisation.”
