der Shutdown - falls er kommt wird nur wenige Tage alles rot machen - dann wird sich alles wieder erholen - wie meist - könnte sein das wir nochmal unter 2,- rutschen

On September 29, 2025, Kopin Corporation (the “Company”) announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement (the “Purchase Agreement”) for a private investment in public equity financing (the “PIPE”) for 19,545,950 shares of its common stock, par value $0.01 per share (the “Shares”). The net proceeds to the Company from the offering are estimated to be approximately $38.1 million, after deducting placement agent fees and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by the Company. The transaction is expected to close on September 30, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Proceeds will be used for the advancement of Kopin’s development of color MicroLED, Neuraldisplay™ Artificial Intelligence, commercialization of sovereign solutions for microdisplays and optical solutions for First Person Visualization (FPV) for Drones and for general corporate purposes.

Mir bereitet auch der bevorstehende Shutdown ein bisschen sorgen. Könnte KOPIN ja auch irgendwie treffen ?!

So hab ich das auch verstanden und mich gewundert das die Meldung so positiv aufgenommen wurde vom Markt. Lassen wir uns mal überraschen wie das weitergeht. Hoffentlich weiter aufwärts 🛗

sind aber jetzt neue Aktien oder - ? Mr. Dividende - dann ist es ja eigentlich eine Verwässerung - scheint aber hier positiv zu sein (Noch)
