15:30 gibt es Ketchup umsonst an der US Börse

Was ist um 15.30?

Mein Ek hab ich auf 27,26 € gesenkt, mal sehen was um 15:30 Uhr passiert.

Bin mal mit 200 rein. 24 wäre besser gewesen vom kurs, aber den Tiefpunkt erreicht man ja selten. Mit ek 26,20 bin ich optimistisch.

Hab mir auch ein 2 Position geholt. Und die Analyse von CS ist doch nur auf Sicherheit aus. Eigentlich sagt sie aus tiefer geht's wohl kaum und wenn wir etwas gestiegen sind habt ihr eure Sicherheit ✌

Bin jetzt wieder eingestiegen. Mal gucken ....😂🙏🙏🙏

Analysten der Crédit Suisse hatten zuvor Bedenken geäußert, dass die Finanzaufsicht SEC neue Fehltritte des Ketchup-Herstellers entdecken könne. Die Bank senkte ihre Gewinnschätzung für Kraft Heinz und kürzte das Kursziel von 33 auf 26 Dollar. Die neue Marke ist laut Finanzdienst Bloomberg das aktuell niedrigste Ziel für die Aktie. Der Börsenwert von Kraft Heinz hat sich über die vergangenen zwölf Monate halbiert.  Charttechnik: Der Abwärtstrend ist intakt. Kurzfristig ist eine Erholung denkbar. Diese wäre allerdings zunächst nur rein technischer Natur. Anleger warten besser eine Stabilisierung und Bodenbildung ab. 

Ich glaube da kommt morgen erst mal eine 2 Position zu in mein Depot.

Na gut, war aber eine äußerst fragwürdige Nummer mit der Bilanz. Weiterhin sollte KHC zu den ganzen Saucen nun auch den Beyond Meat Trend mitmachen dass wieder Schwung in die Bude kommt.

Am 31.7. gibts dann noch Q1 Zahlen und dann sind wir wieder 100% on track.

Also alles iO... habe mir die Zahlen nochmal angeschaut... KH hat 2018 mehr Umsatz gemacht als 2017... soviel zu der Aussage dass das niemand mehr kauft. Der neue CEO wird demnächst für 20 Mio Aktien kaufen...

The misstatements were not quantitatively material. However, due to the qualitative nature of the matters identified in our internal investigation, including the number of years over which the misconduct occurred and the number of transactions, suppliers, and procurement employees involved, the Company determined that it would be appropriate to correct the misstatements in our previously issued consolidated financial statements by restating such financial statements. The cumulative impact of the restatements to previously reported amounts from 2015 to 2018 is less than 1% of net income/(loss) for each applicable period. More details, including the impact to each of the annual and interim financial statements, is described in detail in the Company’s 2018 annual report. These misstatements are consistent with what the Company disclosed on May 6, 2019. The Company currently expects to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended March 30, 2019 on or before July 31, 2019. The Company’s internal investigation into its procurement area and assessment of internal controls is now complete, and the Company continues to cooperate with the SECin its investigation. As a result of the internal investigation and material weaknesses identified, the Company is taking actions to improve internal policies and procedures and to strengthen internal control over financial reporting.
