Am 31.7. gibts dann noch Q1 Zahlen und dann sind wir wieder 100% on track.

Also alles iO... habe mir die Zahlen nochmal angeschaut... KH hat 2018 mehr Umsatz gemacht als 2017... soviel zu der Aussage dass das niemand mehr kauft. Der neue CEO wird demnächst für 20 Mio Aktien kaufen...

Restated Financial Statements The Annual Report includes restated audited consolidated financial statements as of December 30, 2017, and for the years ended December 30, 2017, and December 31, 2016, as well as restated unaudited interim financial statements for the quarterly periods ended September 29, 2018;June 30, 2018; March 31, 2018; September 30, 2017; July 1, 2017; andApril 1, 2017. The misstatements were not quantitatively material. However, due to the qualitative nature of the matters identified in our internal investigation, including the number of years over which the misconduct occurred and the number of transactions, suppliers, and procurement employees involved, the Company determined that it would be appropriate to correct the misstatements in our previously issued consolidated financial statements by restating such financial statements. The cumulative impact of the restatements to previously reported amounts from 2015 to 2018 is less than 1% of net income/(loss) for each applicable period. More details, including the impact to each of the annual and interim financial statements, is described in detail in the Company’s 2018 annual report. These misstatements are consistent with what the Company disclosed on May 6, 2019. The Company currently expects to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended March 30, 2019 on or before July 31, 2019. The Company’s internal investigation into its procurement area and assessment of internal controls is now complete, and the Company continues to cooperate with the SECin its investigation. As a result of the internal investigation and material weaknesses identified, the Company is taking actions to improve internal policies and procedures and to strengthen internal control over financial reporting.

Wenn du langfristig investiert sein willst ist das eine ganz gute Strategie !

Der Einstiegs Zeitraum ist immer sehr schwer! Ich versuche immer bei günstigen KGV noch im Fallen einzukaufen! Maximal drei Positionen erste 30 Prozent dann noch mal 30% und wenn es immer noch weiter fällt die letzten 40%! Wenn es in dem Zeitraum nach oben läuft, erhöhe ich den Prozentsatz nicht! Wer bisher immer den Tiefpunkt getroffen hat, möge mir doch bitte das Geheimnis verraten! Wenn man eine Zielmarke hat und nach dem Motto bei einreichen gedachte order streichen verfährt. Kauft man selten! Zumindest bei mir war es immer so! Und wenn es dann wieder steigt hofft man wieder auf einen Rücksetzer um noch mal günstig reinzukommen! Letztendlich kommt es auch auf den Charakter jedes einzelnen an mit welcher Strategie man am besten verfährt! Ich renne Kurse ungerne hinterher.

Wir wollen aber jetzt keine Werbung für Nestle machen! Wenn ich mich nicht täusche haben die Ferrero! Aber du hast recht! In der Kombination mit Nutella und der knusprigen Rinde und frischen Teig ist ein ähnliches Gedicht! Aber das könnte man ja unendlich weiterführen! Erdnussbutter...

Danke schön für die drei zusätzlichen Glückwünsche! Ich bin ja tatsächlich als Kind mit Kraft Ketchup aufgewachsen! Ich habe tatsächlich auf schönen Bauernbrot Butter und dann nur noch Kraft Ketchup drauf geschmiert! Kenne sonst niemanden der die Kombination schon mit acht Jahren und damals selbst kreiert in der Form verspeist! Keine Angst, die nächsten Jahre bekommt es die konventionelle Nahrung!😉
