Glaube ich nicht. Korrigiert mich gern, aber 17mal die Anzahl der gehaltenen shares zu 5 cent drückt den EK gewaltig: Each Subscription Right carries with it a “Basic Subscription Right,” which entitles Subscription Rights holders to purchase 17 shares of our Common Stock at the Subscription Price of $0.05 per share
