Doc Datei ...dort gesondert hervorgehoben)

Habe ich gerade von HC bekommen. Da steht was zu eurer L-Max Technologie drin.
The next lithium stock you’ve never heard of that’s set to surge
Lithium miners have been one of the hottest sectors on the ASX with the likes of Neometals Ltd (ASX: NEO), Pilbara Minerals Ltd (ASX: PLS) and Lithium Australia (ASX: LIT) enjoying a multi-fold increase to their share price over the past several months.
The surge in interest is powered by the growing dominance of electric cars and advanced batteries that are championed by Tesla Motors Inc’s (NASDAQ: TSLA) visionary leader Elon Musk. Lithium – an instrumental component in next-generation battery technology – is the metal of the future.
Worried you’ve missed the boat with many lithium stocks rallying close to record highs?
There’s one play that’s been under the radar of the market, although that’s about to change this week.
The miner is Latin Resources Ltd (ASX: LRS) and it has just done a deal with Lepidico Limited that will give it exclusive access to Lepidico’s L-Max technology in Argentina and Peru.
L-Max is a game changer for the industry because it can extract commercial quantities of lithium from hard rocks, specifically lithium-rich pegmatites and mica minerals, where conventional extraction methods do not work.
These pegmatites and micas represent the world’s largest lithium resources, which up to now could not be economically extracted.
Just as significantly, Lithium Australia uses the same technology from Lepidico and has a 12-month head start. This has no doubt contributed significantly to the stock’s 200% plus surge over the period to transform it into a $63 million market cap explorer.

Source: Google Finance
If this is any guide, it bodes well for the $9 million market cap Latin Resources, whose share price has largely been flat over the past year.
What’s more, Argentina is a significant producerof lithium and there are large tracts of land in Argentina that contain lithium-rich pegmatites and micas. Latin Resources is currently identifying and will be securing lithium rich pegmatites in Argentina over the coming weeks .
The exclusive agreement with Lepidico could well give Latin Resources a big competitive advantage over its peers and transform it into a major low cost lithium producer.
Conventional extraction methods are energy intensive as they require the ore to be heated to high temperatures. L-Max is essentially a chemical reaction and the process has low energy requirements. Energy is the biggest cost component in lithium extraction.
Under the binding term sheet, Latin Resources and Lepidico will form a strategic joint venture (JV) and all hard rock lithium projects identified in Argentina and Peru will be managed within the JV.
Hang on tight! The way things are going, Latin Resources probably won’t stay a microcap for much longer.
