Die Theorie die springinhetveld von HC schreibt macht Sinn, mir gefällt sie zumindest! I beleive that this is part of the game/fight being done between LIT and LPD. LPD wants LIT out off its share registry but wants to pay a little as possible for it. So how to do that? Well LIT needs money and will want/have to sell. So as LPD you than have to keep the SP low and force LIT to sell at the low end of the SP. And this is also why Bacchus is paid in shares IMHO. In this way Bacchus can short sell on the market to keep the SP low. As soon as SP goes above 1.2c Bacchus short sells a few shares to put it back at 1.2c. And since they are getting paid in shares they do not have to buy their short sells back. So no risk for Bacchus in this game and LIT is being kept in "check" not being able to sell their shares above 1.2c. So IMHO this notification (which is just a mandatory thing for LIT to do) shows that LIT is getting impatient and is still not accepting the offer from LPD/Bacchus. Thus they are trying to sell on market for more then what LPD/Bacchus offered. As this selling started recently (first on August 17) it seems LIT is getting impatient/desperate. The first sales were for 1.3 but dropped to 1.2c if my computations are correct. So until now LIT is selling for above 1.1c so the offer of LPD is most likely lower then this (e.g. 1.1 or even 1.0c). If LIT were to dump their 230m on the market the LPD SP would drop to well below 1.0c of course. So I think what we are seeing is LIT trying to sell its shares on the market and testing what price it could get and how powerful and agile Bacchus is. The results show that LIT is not able to sell much at the 1.2 to 1.3c range. They sold a bit more then 1m shares. So to sell all 230m shares they have would take 120 months at this rate... So if LPD/Bacchus are prepared to pay 1.0 or 1.1c for the LPD shares owned by LIT I think LIT will give in soon. Bacchus may have some friends lined up to take over the LIT shares of LPD which would be very good for LPD! In any case I think we are nearing the end of this fight. LIT has started to sell by testing the "waters" of the open market. That must have been a bad experience as they did not manage to sell much.... So think they are back at the negotiation table to talk about the deal offered by LPD/Bacchus! The theory that LIT would be trying to keep the LPD SP down does not make much sense. Only in case LPD would need money that would make sense.
