Die Fusion und der Kauf des zusätzlichen Projektareals wird offenbar positiv gesehen. Gestern bereits wieder der zweithöchste Schlusskurs in diesem Jahr. Damit ist die Aktie seit dem Tief im Juni um 246% gestiegen!

Die erste Reaktion liegt in einem Kursrückgang von über 14%, wobei der tiefste Kurs erst zum Schluss des Handels erfolgte. Gut möglich, dass da noch was nachkommt. Mittel- bis längerfristig sollte sich der Deal auszahlen, sofern er auch tatsächlich zustande kommt.

Da bin ich mal auf die Kursreaktion gespannt. Neben der Fusion mit Winsome Ressources will man auch noch 75% am Galinée Projekt erwerben und sich 40 Mio CAD für die Projektentwicklung beschaffen.
