Es geht wirklich los. Glückwunsch an alle die durchgehalten haben! Auch wenn ich mich geärgert hab bei einem Euro nicht zu verkaufen im Nachhinein. War aber auch nicht zu erwarten das die Aktie kurzzeitig wieder so abstürzt - durch die gesetzlichen Änderungen. Die nächsten Monate könnten schön werden :)

Schöner Beitrag aus der Facebook gruppe: Just spoke to Phil, he was extremely excited at what was happening with the company. As mentioned before LDS will be initiating Guerilla Marketing campaigns very shortly. There are 2 "teams" of people involved, 3-4 people per team in this starting with Coachella Music Festival for both weeks 1 (3 days) and 2 (3 days) 100,000 people attend per day here (Anyone here NOT heard of Coachella? I didn't think so!) as well as Stagecoach Country Music fest for week 3 (attendance 75,000 per day x 3 days) appealing to a very large and diverse amount of people in a very short amount of time which should really help get the word out. This is the same technique Red Bull used to become the leader in the energy drink space and they didn't even have a patent on energy drinks. LDS Cannastrips will be on full display in the form of information at booths that are set-up at these venues. Coupons for Cannastrips will be offered at an approximate discount of 50% of what a strip costs. LDS will also be sponsoring associated pool parties but obviously on a much smaller scale. In exchange for a coupon for a Cannastrip, LDS will be obtaining an email address from each individual so that further information on its products can be distributed on a go forward basis. The LDS website is undergoing a major revamping and will reflect a more professional version of the company which should be completed by the end of the month. As someone has already posted, Instagram and Twitter are already starting to be utilized to help spread the word of the 5 varieties of the new CannaStrips. LDS will also be utilizing a delivery service so that their products can be sent directly to your door. All you need is a CA Medical card (all the while still keeping things Federally legit and building a loyal customer base at the same time). At this point Phil could hardly contain himself by revealing that their plan is to be one of the BIGGEST Oil Producers in all of California as that is where the real money is. The Harbourside testing of their sampling of products was extremely successful as many other dispensaries were inquiring about their products as well. Many of these dispensaries as I previously posted had visited the LDS site and had placed orders at that time as well as they obviously liked what they saw (who wouldn't?) I asked who their actual competition is and he didn't know as it is difficult to compare apples to apples e.g. who has all of their licenses and permits in place to do what they do and of course no one else is making a TRUE sublingual strip like CannaStrip. (All others are edibles and take much longer then 20-90 second to get high) But after July 1 when California begins to clamp down on all unlicensed Pot companies, the competition should become more clear. Vaping cartridges will also start to be produced then as well further adding to revenue. If you are like me and monitoring the trading activity regularly you may have noticed Cannacord (and Anonymous) buying in large lots lately. This is not a coincidence. Representatives of Cannacord (who also underwrote their private placement) drove 2 hours from Beverly Hills out to Adelanto to pepper them with every question about their business and Phil advised they were "WOWED". This is a very good thing as they should be issuing a recommendation on LDS to their clients once they feel it is ready for them to do so. Now that they are off and running in production of their products, Phil also advised that their old Powerpoint deck-master presentation detailing expected revenues will be updated and it should make most people very happy. He did say there are no plans for future financing (and hence more dilution) at the moment as they are fully expecting this to take off very soon and once it does the warrants will be cashed bringing in an extra $13 Million approximately. They do have $3 million in the bank right now currently. I asked about the 2017 Q4 and the 2018 Q1 reports coming out this May 2 and May 30 respectively. While we are not likely to see the kinds of revenues we are hoping for, going forward from this point on revenues should be coming in as we would hope.... to the point where they will be reporting to all shareholders on a MONTHLY basis not Quarterly. You only report monthly revenues if you have something good to report as it is not a requirement to do so. So to say expectations from them are high is something of an understatement. Phil did let go that he didn't expect the price to stay under $1.00 for very much longer and I could tell from the complete excitement in his voice that it was from a person who sees big things in the very near term future for this company. He did also let go that everyone's patience is just about to pay off and that there is information he can't share with me for obvious reasons but sounded very excited while saying that. We should expect news out very soon on a multitude of things such as Cannastrips, their Gueriilla marketing campaigns, deliveries to dispensaries, website and ongoing promotional activities. The fact that the stock has gone up like it has on relatively low volume should also be a good indicator of how this stock is like a tightly wound string ready to explode with the right circumstances which I believe are right around the corner.
