Was ist denn los mit de m Kurs. Der klebt seit Wochen an der Marke 0,19. Ist doch merkwürdig. Weiss einer warum?

Ups. Den Abschlusssatz vergessen. Die 10 Gebäude werden niemals fertiggestellt. Ich wette das wird annulliert. Ich war lange pro Mara, aber die machen echt nix richtig und bauen permanent Scheiße. Ich hoffe ja für mich selbst, dass es anders läuft, aber das positive muss man hier unter nem Haufen Mist suchen.

Jungs, wir sind beim ATL und haben ne Anbaufläche von 400qm und bekommen nicht mal mehr ne 300K Euro PP verkauft. Ich lehne mich jetzt vielleicht etwas weit aus dem Fenster, aber man muss sich die Vereinbarung mit FSM auch nochmal angucken. Mara bezahlt FSM über 18 Monate mit 88Mio Aktien zu einem Preis von 0.31 Dollar. Die Übernahme bedeutet für FSM, dass sie 10 10000sqf Gebäude bauen und zahlen. Wer findet den Fehler und wer sieht den Vorteil von FSM?

Wer spricht den schon wieder von Insolvenz geht doch um verunträung von Geld oder liege ich da falsch

Es wurden Transaktionen durchgeführt die zur Bereicherung von Insidern dienten. So zumindest die Kurzform. Der neue CEO hat mit dem vergangenen Geschehnissen hoffentlich nichts am Hut. Ist halt ein krasser Vertrauensverlust. Sollte die neue Geschäftsleitung involviert sein sind wir mit dem Kurs sehr schnell bei nahe Null. Meine Shares haben aber einen so geringen Restwert das es sich noch nichtmal lohnt hier irgendwas zu unternehmen. Ich lass einfach liegen und schreibe das ganze schonmal als Lehrgeld ab. Sollte es aus irgendwelchen Gründen doch gut ausgehen sehen wir in ein paar Jahren mal wieder Kurse von >0,5.
