Zudem bedeuten Aufträge in der aktuellen Situation. dass Interessenten gewillt sind, die Sanierung der GmbHs zu unterstützen. Investoren sind so eher bereit, die GmbHs oder deren Assets per Kauf zu übernehmen. Bei Nichterfüllung werden diese Aufträge eh unwirksam. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass während der vorläufigen Eigenverwaltung Sicherheiten oder Anzahlungen eine Rolle spielen. Falls überhaupt.

Das zeigt genau, was ich hier bereits geschrieben habe: Die US-Boys haben keine Ahnung von einer Insolvenz in Eigenverwaltung. Das operative Geschäft bleibt gegenüber einer Regelinsolvenz bestehen und wird fortgeführt. Auf Stocktwits wird sehr viel Mist verbreitet, selbst zu US-Aktien.
