@Leroy: Genau. Aber trotz meines gestrigen Investments habe ich es innerlich abgeschrieben. Das befreit.

Na ja, wenn die die Asserts an den Aktionären vorbei verkaufen dürfte das noch um Längen schlechter sein. Das ist der Strohhalm, an den ich mich klammere.

@Leroy: Es gibt zahlreiche Unternehmen, die freiwillig OTC sind. Vorteil: Keine/wenig Restriktionen. Nachteil für uns: Höherer Spread, weniger Volumen (teilweise schwer verkaufbar), etc. Aber trotz allem habe ich meine Entscheidung getroffen.

Das Vertrauen hat bereits irreparabel gelitten.

Welchen Vorteil hätte ein großer Investor denn davon Lilium an der Börse zu halten, also in der Lilium NV?

Was würde den Vorstand daran hindern die beiden GmbH an eine andere Gesellschaft zu verkaufen? Dabei gehen Shareholder leer aus.
