Vielen Dank für die Info. Damit würde sich der Anteil von Ganfeng an LAC nicht erhöhen. Macht auch Sinn. LAC steht wegen dem möglichen Einfluss aus China bei Teilen der US-Politik ja bereits heftig in der Kritik (s.o.).

Laut https://www.batimes.com.ar/news/amp/economy/lithium-americas-poised-to-be-argentinas-battery-metal-monster-with-arena-deal.phtml Gangfeng verkaufte aber deren Anteil, wenn ich es richtig verstand. Kann aber die Seriosität der Quelle nicht einschätzen

Bei Arena Minerals ist Ganfeng der Großaktionär (19,9% der Aktien). Da die Übernahme nicht in bar sondern in Aktien von LAC erfolgt, wird Ganfeng auch bei LAC immer einflussreicher.

Die Republikaner geben sich mit der geplanten Aufspaltung von LAC nicht zufrieden und fordern vom Finanzministerium das Thacker Pass Projekt nur unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen zu fördern.

soviel ich mich erinnere, im 4. Quartal 2022 start Produktion im 1. Quartal 2023 erster Verkauf. So ist der Plan, hoffen wir mal, daß sie es schaffen.
