Die Wette bei LTC wird mMn erst in den nächste 5-10 Jahren aufgehen.
Wenn die Bevölkerung im Schnitt älter wird.
Bis dahin Dividende und der Kurs zieht ja normal vorher an.
Aber wie alle Reits ein Zinsenthema

Ich hab jetzt 3 Jahre lang sauber gute Dividende bekommen und bin trotz des Kurs Rückgangs noch 5% im plus beim Kurs.
Ich überlege zur Zeit noch nach zu kaufen.
