Lucid Group platziert Aktienemission über 300 Millionen Dollar; Gesamtkapitalaufnahme von 1,05 Milliarden Dollar inklusive Investitionen von Uber und PIF
(MT Newswires) -- Lucid Group (LCID) gab am Dienstag die Preisfestsetzung für eine im Rahmen eines Underwritings durchgeführte öffentliche Aktienemission bekannt, die einen Bruttoerlös von 300 Millionen Dollar erzielen soll.
Die Emission soll voraussichtlich bis Mittwoch abgeschlossen sein, so das Unternehmen.
Uber (UBER) hat eine bestehende Kaufvereinbarung erweitert, um mindestens 35.000 Fahrzeuge für ein künftiges autonomes Taxinetzwerk zu erwerben. Gleichzeitig steuert der Fahrdienstvermittler weitere 200 Millionen Dollar bei, womit sich die Gesamtinvestitionen in Lucid auf 500 Millionen Dollar belaufen, teilte der Elektroautohersteller mit.

der Deal mit Uber ist doch eigentlich ganz gut. Wollte hier reingehen, aber der Kurs schmiert ab. Warte erstmal ab.
