Meine Frage zielte auf Vergleichbarkeit zu Lucid. Da hier ja die Stammaktien und pipe Sperre haben, kann man den Verlauf vielleicht nicht vergleichen mit einem einer spacfusion, wo es diese Sperren nicht gibt.

Hyzon ist doch erst 1 Woche her........ Wenn es ne Sperrfrist gab oder gibt, wer sollte denn bei 10USD Kursen verkaufen, so dass der Kurs bis auf 7,50USD fällt? Wir Kleinanleger / Privatinvestoren die EK 10USD aufwärts haben sicher nicht. Somit bleiben ja nur die Altaktionäre ( Spac-Gründer). Ob die dann Ihre Warrants eingelöst haben, oder Aktien verkauft..... KP. Denke die verkaufen ihre 10USD Aktien und lassen Ihre Gratis Warrants laufen. Die kannst ja besser einlösen, wenn ein Kursanstieg kommt. Und bei 7,50 USD kannst die Aktien auch wieder deutlich günstiger kaufen 🤷‍♂️

Gab es damals bei Hyzon und Quantum eigentlich auch ne Sperre für Altaktionäre? Weiß das jemand?
