Im englischen Bericht habe ich nichts darüber gelesen, dass sie im Austausch Woodside-Aktien erhalten.

Irgendwie verstehe ich das ganze noch nicht... Das ist doch keine klassische Übernahme, sondern eine Fusion? Oder hab ich da was falsch interpretiert?

Bisher habe ich eine Übernahme miterlebt.Es dauerte noch 2-3 Monate, und der Wert stieg weiter an.

1 Dollar entspricht 0,92 €.Ich habe meine Verkaufsorder auf 0,93 € festgelegt.😂

Ist das jetzt nur ein Angebot oder ist das Safe, dass wir nur 1 Dollar bekommen?

Die Aktien von Pacific Biosciences, Lilium und Cerence finde ich ebenfalls interessant.Möglicherweise könnte es in Zukunft auch zu einer Übernahme kommen.
