Lithium-Spinoff in Vorbereitung
Parallel zum Wasserstoff-Projekt bereitet Max Power Mining die Abspaltung seiner US-Tochter Homeland Critical Minerals (HCM) vor. Die Tochtergesellschaft hält das Willcox Playa Lithium-Projekt in Arizona, wo 2024 eine Entdeckung bestätigt wurde. Das Management plant für 2026 ein Listing an einer kanadischen Börse. Bestehende Aktionäre sollen Anteile an HCM erhalten – eine Strategie, um den Wasserstoff-Fokus zu schärfen und gleichzeitig den Lithium-Asset zu monetarisieren.

So wie das Volumen aussieht, wird kurzfristig erst einmal eine Konsolidierung erfolgen. Bis neue News kommen, wird die Aktie wohl erstmal wieder unter 1 CAD fallen
