Schaut mal Arbor Realty Trust. Da gab's mal vor kurzem auch ein Short Bericht, aber heute wurden gute Zahlen präsentiert und die Dividende erhöht. Diese liegt aktuell bei 14%

Durch das Banken-Desaster, welches die REGULIERUNGsbehörden einfach nicht in den Griff bekommen, schmieren mal wieder alle Reits ab. 🙄

Der ganze Markt geht gerade ordentlich nach unten.

Meine persönliche Hoffnung, ab spätestens Mitte nächstem Jahr geht es mit Immobilien wieder aufwärts.

Langsam kommen wieder gute Zeichen. Wird ein langer Weg wieder zu den alten Hochs. Ich hoffe das schlimmste ist aber erstmal überstanden

„Was weiß man denn über die „shortsellerlegende“ Fraser John Perring?“ Vor etwa 10 Jahren wurde er von seinem damaligen Arbeitgeber unter dem Vorwurf Dokumente gefälscht zu haben entlassen. 2021 wurde er (aka viceroy) von der südafrikanischen Finanzmarktaufsicht mit einer Strafe von 2,8 Mio.Euro wegen Falschangaben belegt. Shorts sollten sich Sorgen machen 😎

So has the cut also been considered by the Board? And wouldn't that perhaps be another good capital allocation decision and use those potential retained funds to shore up the balance sheet even faster and pay down debt. Steven Hamner Yes. Well, we're very satisfied. As you can tell, we made an announcement that we declared the dividend this morning. We're satisfied with where we are on the foreseeable future. But all of those are levers that any company has to pull, whether it's dividend or property sales or share repurchases or debt tenders. Thankfully, we're in a very, very strong position, liquidity wise, the value of our assets, the growth in the NOI of our assets. And again, none of those considerations are off the table as any company would do. We -- and start at the board level, frankly, continue to observe all those conditions. And the Board makes decisions based on the long-term health of this company, not short term, and we're very comfortable with the decisions that we've made. .
