Merck hat Organon erst vor kurzem gekauft.

Geht dann Organon auch an die Börse nach der Ausgliederung? Am 5. Februar 2020 gab Merck & Co. Inc. (ausserhalb der USA und Kanada unter der Bezeichnung Merck Sharp & Dohme firmierend) die Absicht bekannt, Produkte aus den Unternehmenssparten Women's Health, Trusted Legacy Brands und Biosimilars in ein neues, unabhängiges, börsennotiertes Unternehmen auszugliedern.

Charttechnisch sehen beide Kurven ähnlich aus bei Merck und GSK

Es wird spannend. Spinnoff NewCo und kauf von Oncoimmune mit seinem Covid-Medikament, was aktuell in der Phase 3 ist. Gibt es Kursziele für die Aktie oder Prognosen?
