Private Platzierungen werden ständig getätigt, und ich bin mir fast sicher, dass Metaplanet gerade jetzt Anrufe von den Brokerhäusern und Fonds erhält, die Short-Positionen haben. Sie können einen Deal abschließen und diesen Short-Positionen die Deckung ermöglichen und gleichzeitig Kapital zu diesen hohen Prämien einsammeln, selbst wenn die Aktie an der Börse ausgesetzt ist, solange sie die ordnungsgemäßen Offenlegungspflichten und das FIEA einhalten.
