Mugi hast du ne Idee, warum MP nicht bereits mit der Ausgabe von Vorzugsaktien beginnt? Die Genehmigung haben sie doch, schuldenfrei sind sie auch, also können selbst bei schlechter BTC-Performance und nem niedrigen mNAV locker Dividende zahlen, da sie doch gut aufgestellt sind. Warum das nicht nutzen und neue BTC kaufen, so lange der Preis so ist wie er ist. Oder sind die Vorzugsaktien für mögliche Investoren momentan zu unattraktiv?
