Hansch hat doch schon geschrieben, dass er das Ding bei 0 sehen will. Mir geht das alles inzwischen am arsch vorbei. Glaubt alle was ihr wollt.

Hier kann man nicht sachlich diskutieren, zumindest nicht mit Hansch und progman. Mit mir auch nicht.

Ja klar, der Bericht ist leider nur zu Stichtag 30.04. Da fehlt sicher inzwischen etwas.

@p.hansch Neu ist der eingereichte Bericht. Dass der Kauf am 10. August bereits war hab ich überlesen sorry. Ich persönlich finde es zumindest angenehmer wenn das Management zu aktuellen Kursen kauft als dass es verkauft. Zu sagen hat es sicher trotzdem nicht viel aus meiner Sicht.

@p.hansch Ich hab das neutral rein gegeben und würde die Diskussionen hier gerne wieder in die fachliche Richtung wie mit WaVe gerade lenken. Mir geht nämlich das rumgeschimpfe und die blöden Anmachsprüche ganz schön auf die Nerven und ich finde es schade dass sich hier manche schlimmer als die eigenen Kinder im Kindergarten aufführen. ;)

@WaVe Das habe ich auch gelesen und es bedeutet, dass praktisch 1 - 2,6 Mio bezahlt werden mussten was MGX ja auch getan hat weil sie die Zeitlimit für Purlucid eingehalten haben. Ich habe nur die Zahlung nicht im Q1 gefunden. Ist das richtig oder lese ich was falsch? Dass diese Zahlungen geleistet werden ist im übrigen auch mehr als sinnvoll. PurLucid wird die Einnahmen machen und irgendwann am MGX ausschütteln. Schade dass man von Purlucid nirgends Zahlen sehen kann. Die wären nämlich viel interessanter. Hier wird nämlich an den Anlagen gearbeitet und dort werden die Mitarbeiter dafür bezahlt. MGX ist nach wie vor nur Explorer und aktuell Geldgeber für PurLucid.

Upps, du hast Recht :D Da ist es etwas komplizierter, weshalb ich das nicht übersetzen werde: • Phase 1 - $50,000 (paid) • Phase 2 - $40,000 of engineering expenses (paid) • Phase 3 - cash payments of $950,000 resulting in the Company acquiring 26.62% of the outstanding shares of PurLucid. The completion date of Phase 3 was May 17, 2017, with the total investment in PurLucid at that time being $1,000,000. The Company also exercised an option to acquire an additional 7.5% of the outstanding shares of PurLucid in exchange for 1,500,000 common shares of MGX. The company owns 34.12% of the outstanding shares of PurLucid as at July 31, 2017. • Phase 4 – cash payments of between $500,000 and $1,467,500 by the completion date of December 31, 2017. Upon completion of Phase 4 the Company will increase its total interest in PurLucid to 47.5%. The Company will also have the option to acquire an additional 5% in exchange for 1,000,000 common shares of MGX. (Paid $1,467,500) • Phase 5 – cash payments of between $1,000,000 and $2,612,500 by the completion date July 31, 2018. Upon completion of Phase 5 the Company will increase its total interest in PurLucid to 57.5%. The Company will also have the option to acquire an additional 5% in exchange for 1,000,000 common shares of MGX. Upon completion of Phase 5 the Company will have a 10 year option period to acquire the remaining 50% of the outstanding shares of PurLucid based on a shareholders agreement that was completed at the closing of Phase 3. The purchase price for the remaining shares during the first three years of the option period shall be determined by applying the aggregate valuation for the Phase 3, 4 and 5 shares. The purchase price for the remainder of the option period shall be determined by an independent valuation of the remaining shares.

On December 19, 2017 the Company announced it had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ZincNyx Energy Solutions (“ZincNyx”). Pursuant to the definitive agreement the Company made a one-time cash payment of $250,000 and issued 4,784,258 common shares fair valued at $4,784,258. Heißt, dass sie 250.000$ in Cash und 4.784.258 Aktien zu einem Preis von 4.784.258$ bezahlt haben. Die Aktien haben sie für diesen Zweck neu emittiert.

Laut Bericht wurden die 1,45 bezahlt. Aber ich gebe zu ich bin kein Experte im lesen von Geschäftsberichten. Also frage ich!?
